These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ReCopied application ("the App"), published by Corebean ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and, where the App is obtained through the Mac App Store, to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Ownership
The App and all related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Your clipboard content remains yours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as permitted by law;
- resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; or
- use the App to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will preserve any particular data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. They terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them; upon termination you must stop using the App.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
