Keyboard Shortcuts

ReCopied is built to be driven from the keyboard. Here's the full map.

Global

Summon / dismiss ReCopied ⌘ ⇧ V

Toggle Plain Text Mode ⌃ ⇧ T

Copy Next (put the next Clip Queue item on the clipboard) ⌃ ⌘ C

Paste Next (paste the next Clip Queue item into the active app, needs Accessibility) ⌃ ⌘ V

Step Back (put the last Clip Queue item back at the front) ⌃ ⌘ Z

Turn Auto Queue on or off (everything you copy lines up in the Clip Queue) ⌃ ⌘ S

Paste the next Clip Queue item while Auto Queue is on (needs Accessibility) ⌘ V

Pause or resume the clipboard ⌃ ⌘ P

Navigating the list

Move selection ↑ ↓

Preview the selected clipping (press again to close) Space

Open or close the list switcher ⌘ L

Jump to a Clip List (the first nine, in switcher order) ⌘ 1–9

Select all clippings in the current list ⌘ A

Select a range ⇧ Click

Add / remove from selection ⌘ Click

Acting on a clipping

Copy the selection back to the clipboard ⌘ C

Delete the selection (Undo appears for a few seconds) Delete

Run your configured Return action Return

Run the action bound to a modifier ⌘/⌥/⌃/⇧ Return

Merge the selected clippings (window) ⌘ M

Split the selected clipping into clippings (window) ⇧ ⌘ M

Rename the selected clipping (window) ⌘ R

Edit the selected clipping's text (window) ⌘ E

Search & panels

Start searching Just start typing

Clear the search, then close it Esc Esc

Copy Next, Step Back, and Auto Queue's collecting work with no permissions. Paste Next and Auto Queue's ⌘V paste straight into the app you are using, and use Accessibility. Without it, Auto Queue still collects; press ⌃⌘C to load the next item, then ⌘V. ⌘V is your normal paste again as soon as the queue is empty or Auto Queue is off. All global hotkeys except ⌘V are rebindable in Settings, and the menus show your current ones.
